The microSTARii® dosimetry system thanks to LANDAUER®’s OSL technology offers a new powerful and simple tool for dose measurements during PCB X-ray inspection.
The microSTARii combines the nanoDot OSL dosimeters, a reader and a laptop for reader control, measurement display and storage.
microSTARii brings the following benefits:
- Quick set up in the X-ray inspection cabinet (wirefree dosimeter)
- Compact 10 x 10 mm and easy to fix nanoDot dosimeters directly on the component to be monitored
